Frank X. Christmas, founder and managing editor of EditorialAdvantage, has 30 years' experience as an accomplished writer and editor. Most recently, he has written and edited health economics and outcomes research reports for a leading consultancy to a major pharmaceutical. He has also helped prepare articles for publication in medical journals.

 

After working in the newspaper and magazine businesses as a reporter and copy editor, Mr. Christmas joined a large consulting firm specializing in economic, marketing, and management advice to a wide variety of industries, including communications and computer, transportation, finance, and utilities. There, he wrote and edited brochures, proposals and reports, and press materials. He was also editor of and primary contributor to the company's newsletter.

 

Mr. Christmas's experience includes extensive work at a major state research university, where he wrote and edited brochures, booklets, and fundraising materials for the school's various colleges and departments, including arts and sciences, admissions, athletics, alumni, and the president's office.

 

As a freelance writer, Mr. Christmas has written white papers for a major provider of motor carrier and shipper services. He has also published short stories and poems in established literary magazines such as Northwest Review, Midwest Quarterly, Seattle ReviewManoa, and South Carolina Review.
